InnoX MindCamp V.1.0

The project aims to have IBU students form teams of 5 people to settle up and develop an innovative idea  and have their presentations voted and rewarded by a jury consisting of academic advisors.

Simple Roadmap to Candidates 

1.Create 5 members team.

2.Fill the short definition of project  not more than 100 words on the form till 16.11.2024 16.00  

3. For online voting open to every IBU student, mention people about your project.

 4. Prepare the Project portfolio according to Project Portfolio Contents below( In case that your project team is at the finalist 10 teams) till to the 01.11.2024

RULES For The Competition

  • Each team should consist of  5 IBU students.
  • Each team members should sent their project abstract till to the 29.10.2024 17.00  not more than 100 words to the innox@innox.mk , and fill completely the form on  https://tinyurl.com/4kt4xypj
  • Applications must be in English and submitted via the official platform by the deadline.
  • Short Project definitions will be open for online voting between innox.mk/mindcamp web site on 17.11.2024 -20.11.2024 .
  • At the end of the voting the most voted 10 projects will be announced as the finalists to compete at InnoX for the finals.The Ranking of the top three teams and honorable mentions Evaluation of the Projects will be made by Jury members by giving a vote from 1 to 10 for each of the finalist projects. ( Evaluation criterias are Creativity and innovation,Feasibility and impact, Team collaboration and clarity of the plan)
  • Prizes will be declared later.

PROJECT Portfolio Contents 

  • Project Compenents : Cover Page (Project title, team members’ names, and roles.) 
  • Problem Statement : Clearly define the issue being addressed (at most 100 words)
  • Solution : Present the innovative idea and approach (at most 300 words).
  • Project Plan : Include milestones, timeline, and resources needed.
